Snorkeling Instructor

Scuba diving is a terrific way of exploring the underwater world, but its by no means the only way. For many people scuba diving may not be the best option, and even for scuba divers, snorkeling offers freedom from scuba equipment that may be bulky and not necessary for some underwater adventures.

We offer 2 paths for people who are interested in teaching snorkeling, without necessarily becoming a scuba instructor.

AUSI Snorkel Diving Instructor

AUSI is an Australian based training organisation that provides a standalone training pathway for becoming a snorkel diving instructor. There are 3 levels of AUSI Snorkel Diving Instructor, each corresponding to a depth to which the instructor can teach.

To become an AUSI Snorkel Diving Instructor, you do not have to be a scuba diver, but only require training and experience in snorkeling. You will complete  a 5 day course with us that will prepare you to teach snorkeling in a variety of confined and open water settings.

AUSI Snorkel Instructor Courses can be scheduled on demand. Please contact us for more information on these programs.

PADI Divemaster

For individuals who are already scuba divers, becoming a PADI Divemaster will allow you to teach the PADI Skin Diver Course, and conduct Discover Snorkeling experiences, while becoming a professional member of the world's largest organisation of recreational underwater adventure professionals.
